Frequently asked questions

Why isn't a cheap address rental enough?

If an address really is all you need, a simple address rental may do – and we'll tell you so. The difference lies in what happens behind the address. If we also keep your books, an official letter with an accounting, tax or legal consequence doesn't land with yet another provider: the registered office, the bookkeeping and – under a separate engagement – the legal side sit with one source, and we discuss it in your language. The registered office service includes mail handling with email notification, 90-day document storage, a company nameplate, and in the premium package a delivery authorisation and storage management. So when you compare, look beyond the price of the address to how many providers you would otherwise have to coordinate.

What happens to my official letters?

We receive official letters at the registered office, notify you by email when they arrive, and keep them for 90 days; in the premium package we also take on a delivery authorisation. If a letter has an accounting, tax or legal consequence and we look after that area for you too, you don't have to find another provider: we explain in your language what it means and what the next step is. If it needs legal work, that is a separate engagement. The original official document stays in Hungarian and remains the authoritative text; you get an explanation alongside it, not an official translation.

Where is the registered office, and can I use it?

The registered office address: Hivatalnok utca 9 (ground floor), 2030 Érd, Hungary. Linked to the registered office service is a meeting and workshop room for 10–15 people – for client meetings, workshops or your own team. The meeting room costs HUF 4,000 per hour. Beyond the meeting room, you can also use the premises as a coworking space, likewise for HUF 4,000 per hour.

Fee

The registered office service costs HUF 70,000 for a year or HUF 45,000 for six months. The meeting room and the coworking space cost HUF 4,000 per hour. If you add bookkeeping, you get 15% off the annual fee.
