Monthly bookkeeping under Hungarian rules, in a package sized to your document volume – with English and German communication.
When this comes up
VAT returns, closings and the NAV Online Invoice system follow Hungarian rules – while your head office asks in another language.
You can only talk to your accountant through an interpreter or a Hungarian colleague.
You can't see in advance what the monthly fee covers, or what will turn up on the invoice later.
What we do
- Ongoing bookkeeping under Hungarian rules
- VAT returns at your company's filing frequency
- Handling the data in the NAV Online Invoice system
- Month-end or quarter-end close
- Annual financial statements
- Bookkeeping in RLB accounting software, on cloud storage
- Documents shared via SharePoint or email, with access to your invoicing software
What it does not include
- Statutory audit – this is not part of what we offer.
- Reviewing earlier, closed years (HUF 150,000 per year) and representation before NAV (HUF 25,000 per hour): a separate engagement.
